Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still attached to the garments.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
